“Large well equipped caravan, good communication with owner”
Reviewed April 17, 2018 for a stay in March 2018

Great communication with owner who went out of the way to help us. Caravan as described, 4 bedroom, 2 toilets, huge lounge area.
Pros - huge caravan with lots pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, dvds, games, toys and so many additional extras I've never been in such a equipped caravan. Heating in all four bedrooms and was needed due to the very cold weekend.

Cons - that many 'extras' only 1 kitchen cupboard to store anything in, and so many ornaments in bathroom, toilet and living area that took up valuable space. The caravan is also quite dated and shows a lot of wear and tear which is not visible in the photos. Had to use the gas fire and the additional heaters in the living room which was very cold in the evening.

The site is nice and things reasonably priced, shops, crazy golf etc The arcade had plenty of 2p machines and was nice and clean... Didnt go in the club or pool as you had to pay extra. About a 15-20 minute walk to the beach in with direction which is nice. We hoped to eat out each day but ended up having take aways as only a handful of places to eat most of which had a happy hour that seemed to last all afternoon and were really loud when we walked passed.

Chinese takeaway on site is fantastic but no telephone number to order and no delivery service either, so means having to drive and wait while cooked. We did use a pizza delivery company from Chapel village which delivered to the door which was great due to the poor weather.

Would we go back - no. But this is due to the location not the site, after 30 minutes in chapel st Leonard's you have seen it all

Would you recommend this hotel to a friend?   No.
