We dropped into the Old School and wandered into the wood shop. Collin Clough was there working on a predator bird, but his water fowl birds caught are eye. It was fun to talk directly with the crafts person who carves such wonderful birds. We also spent time at the Quilting store. The couple helped us to choose fabrics for a quilt that my wife will make for our cottage. They had lots of ideas and patience with us.

This is A fun place just to drop in and do some shopping or have lunch. If you have time there are alot of things to look at on the second floor. If you went to school here as a child you will really enjoy it as most of the interior remains the same.

We checked out the old school, looked through all of the shops. The room devoted to Judy Garland was interesting. Enjoyed the artisan shop that sold wood items and pottery. The old school itself was unique with it's old oak staircases and woodwork.

They carry the best candles in the world. Way better than Yankee candles. They are made right here in Minnesota. If you get the chance stop in and ask about Minnesota Soy Candle Company candles.
