Owner description: Minnesota's tallest waterfall at 120 feet.

The trail was nice but a little slippery from the rain. Was really shocked that the high falls is not marked better on the road or in the park. More signage would be helpful. We thought this was the highest falls but once you get up to it a sign says has not been measured so false advertising? Nice to stretch legs but informative area closes at five so if want more information go early.

A quick walk along a paved trail led to the beautiful High Falls. Also check out the video in the Visitor Center of the High Falls at various times during the winter of 2016.

We also did the 4.6 mile hike to the Middle Falls. This is a much more strenuous hike through hills on a path with rocks and tree roots. It’s a good hike but can be challenging and probably not for smaller children.

One hour tour on duck boat below the falls. Two and one half hour above the falls. Well worth the time. We were on the tour for over three hours which included walking two trails through the rock formations. Extremely pleasurable experience. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in the outdoors and natures formations.

The Falls were majestic!! We visited the High Falls only which is a mile, round trip. From the high falls sure to take the little spur trail so you can view it from about 40 yards downstream and, at least when we were there, that overlook provided welcome shade. I think the High Falls is 120 ft!

The middle Falls is a longer add-on trail and, under advice of fellow visitors, we decided to skip as we were short on time.

High Falls parking is on the left just before you cross the border into Canada and well worth the one mile round trip hike to see the High Falls.
