The buffet was not very well attended to. We ate at 1pm on a Saturday - opening hunting weekend so there was a decent assortment of people leaving as we went in.
The mac and cheese was dried out at least 3 inches down, the gravy and sauage gravy was all congealed and dried out on top.
The ribs were pretty good, although so overcooked there were bits of bone throughout the meat next to the bone. The FRESH food that was put out was good - fried shrimp was good, bacon was good, chicken was pretty tasty, and we liked the biscuits.
The mashed potatoes tasted like water, the taco meat was not hot enough to be considered safe. The cinnamon rolls had been there for quite awhile. I am not sure what the soup was - not appetizing looking at all and unidentifiable.
The dessert looked pretty good, cut very thin. The cheesecake was rubbery and the chocolate cake was very dried out.
