We've been able to track where we've eaten over the last 5 years using Open Table. We've eaten at this restaurant 12 times. Each time has been as good as the last. Food is outstanding with changing seasonal menus. Short Ribs are the best I've ever had...period. Service is always good. Martinis splendidly mixed. Ambience is truly beautiful. Out door dining is relaxing. Noise is above average but that seems to be the trend. Prices are high ($60-70/person with drinks and tip) but always seem to be worth it.

The balsamic short ribs are amazing! They used to have my favorite pesto knocci but they don't have it anymore I'm sad to say. It's slightly expensive, but for lunch the short ribs are worth the price.

Everything is right here. The staff is always wonderful... and they remain on duty... as years go by. That is a big thing in this modern world. The strip mall is not thriving... but that makes for easy parking. The restaurant is very good looking. There is beautiful dining on the patio. Everything on the menu is beyond excellent. There is a monthly regional menu... which is a dependable... party.
Martinis are a specialty. The house salad is the best I have met. Super coffee... really. A rarity, they have bottled soft drinks. (No one can issue a proper soft drink from a bar tank.) Great wines are suggested. I always feel that I get more value than the price suggests. I like a restaurant where the cooking is on display. They do make you feel like a guest. Love this place.

We had not visited Campiello's for several years but tried it again last night. The service was pretty slow but the food was excellent. Their pear, blue cheese and onion pizza is fabulous! If you are going on a weekend evening, be sure to call ahead for a table.

We ended up getting the Date Night Special - which includes appetizer, entree and dessert for each of us. We shared the salad and pizza, and enjoyed both. The salad wasn't too big, but it was definitely flavorful. The pizza was huge and delicious. Hubby had the pork tenderloin, and enjoyed it a lot - although he didn't care for the flavor of the spaetzle (he likes it plain). I had the penne pasta with chicken, and thought it was tasty and satisfying (unlike hubby, I took a taste of his spaetzle, and loved it). For dessert, we both got the chocolate mousse cake. Although we were both stuffed before the dessert arrived, we managed to enjoy every last bit. The service was wonderful. Attentive without being intrusive. To top things off...the value of the date night menu is AMAZING...to say the least. This was our first time at Campiello, but it won't be our last!
