Tried this hotel since it was the only one near MSP airport that allows 10 days free parking. Was very impressed with staff. Service was EXCELLENT. The buildings are showing some age and it's not the Ritz, but they were very clean and breakfast was a nice surprise. Hotel shuttle got us to airport swiftly and every employee seemed super nice. Book a "penthouse" if you have a family that needs to separate your kids. Would definitely stay again!

We rented the 2 bedroom penthouse suite. It was like a mini apartment with all the ammenities of home. We were able to cook our meals in the kitchen, which was supplied with the cooking utensils and place settings for 4 people. We had a 7 month old with us and it was nice to be able to put him down in a quite room just off the living room area yet still be able to hear him. The staff was just awesome to deal with, very friendly and courteous. We had an issue with the television the first night and maintenance came up immediately and fixed it. Such a wonderful man to speak with. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We never did try the free breakfast, due to we could have it in the comfort of our room and not have to worry about getting dressed right away. The only issue we had was running the dishwasher at night. It took nearly 2 hours to run and was a bit noisy. I can live with that though and do dishes during the day. A great place to just come and relax. A must stay for us when we are back in the area.

Room Tip: Parking was a little difficult, so get there early enough to get the spot by your door. If renting the upstairs suite, keep the ceiling fan on as to move the heat downwards to the living area or you will roast in the upstairs bedroom while the downstairs will be cooler.

This hotel looks good from the road, but up close you can tell it needs some updating. The sidewalks are starting to get cracked and buckled. The siding needs paint or replaced. It is the Residence Inn type where there are numerous little apartment like buildings with 4 units in each one and then a main club house that has the lobby and breakfast and business center in it.. I guess it would be OK in the summer, but in the winter, I do not like having to put my coat on and walk through the snow and cold to get to breakfast. The room itself was OK. It was clean but not as big as some of the other Residence Inns I have stayed at. One good thing we liked about the hotel was the Park and Fly package. It was very well priced and the shuttle delivered you right to the airport and picked you up when you got back in. For that reason only, we might stay there again, but I think there better hotels closer to the airport..

We had a wonderful time at the Residence Inn - Eagan, MN.

The room was clean and well kept and the breakfast was very nice and a good selection.

The staff was very friendly and welcomed you each time you were in the office. We were able to park right in front of our unit which made it nice.

We had a first floor unit which was noisy whenever another guest drove in or entered their rooms. Would stay here again however next time will ask for a second story room.
