I stayed there on 12, 13 and 14 November. I kept on waking up because of the heat and dryness and could not sleep well. I asked for a humidifier and they did not have one and they suggested I turn on the shower in the room. Finally, after being told several times that there was a thermostat in the room I had them check the room. There is a cooling unit in the room that was off and they suggested I turn it on until the room cooled down and then turn it off or else open the window for a while. That still did not help the fluctuations in temperature as I still would wake up because of the heat (and dryness and I had a bad sore throat) to open the window or turn on the cooler. I had picked this hotel because of proximity to a testing center but will never stay at a Best Western again unless I know that they have a "thermostat" i.e. a device with which I can REGULATE the temperature in the room.
