Description: Since 1976 Grandma’s Saloon & Grill has been a casual but lively adventure to the past where value and customer service are at the center of everything we do. You’re surrounded by authentic antiques, collectibles, and an eager staff ready and willing to please. The award winning food includes overstuffed sandwiches and burgers; USDA choice steaks; house specialty pasta and wild rice dishes; appetizers include nationally recognized homemade onion rings, chicken wings, and stuffed mushrooms. It’s an eyeful as well as a mouthful. The legacy of customer satisfaction has been handed down by the Italian immigrant who started it all, “Grandma” Rosa Brochi. Everything she did in her early boarding house business included “100% customer satisfaction,” words that we still live by today. Grandma’s Saloon & Grill is real history, real antiques, real service, and really good food! A dining experience of legendary indulgence. The original Grandma’s Saloon & Grill is located at the foot of the historic Aerial Lift Bridge, at the tip of Lake Superior. Seasonal deck dining and the new rooftop lounge includes this spectacular view.

I was in town for an EMS conference. The male server I had was very nice and efficient and the atmosphere was fun. As far as the food, it tasted average. The salad tasted like it definitely came from a bag as did the shrimp. I was looking forward to the French Onion Soup, but thought it was strong. Not sure if it's home-made or also from a package? I will go back because it is fun, but have average expectations for the food.

Grandma's was one of the largest restaurants we have been to. We enjoyed all of the nostalgic displays and exhibits around the place. The menu has many selections and we enjoyed our food.

Most of my family got together at Grandma's for lunch before the wedding. Food was good, portions were too generous. Our server did a good job taking care of our group (15 people). We had reservations - so were able to get seated immediately. A fun place to grab a meal and a beer.

We celebrated sons birthday up on the roof bar/restaurant as it's also an outside place. What a nice evening and event as next to Harbor so can see ships coming and going. They have wide range of food and choices to choose from. Typical in price for tourist area. If you have a nice sunny day this is a place to be.
