Our customers appreciate our partnerships with local vendors and our use of earth-friendly products. We are proud to say that our breakfast, lunch, and bakery items are prepared from scratch in our kitchen and bakery. The Grace also serves as a coffee shop, where folks can get their caffeine fix from organic coffee products provided by local vendors. Finally, we are heavily involved in our community and local philanthropy. The Grace is a gathering place and performance venue for local musicians, artists, and community groups. We are a warm and welcoming place for all.

We have visited Amazing Grace frequently in the past, but we won't be returning. Kat was a great server, so no quarrels there. The manager, however, was very unfriendly with customers. I ordered the corned beef hash, and it had no flavor whatsoever. All I could taste were the potatoes (I ordered hash browns, but I got a mix of hash browns and breakfast potatoes). The little bit of beef that was in there was over-cooked, dry, and tasteless. I added a good deal of salt and pepper to my breakfast, and it still didn't make a difference. It tasted like oil and potatoes. I will never again pay for a tasteless breakfast that takes a half hour to cook there.
We're going to Uncle Louie's next time.

The coffee is great! We often stop in while we visit the Duluth area. However, today will likely change my future visits to this lovely and neat location. Apparently, the owner was having a bad morning when she arrived, therefore took it out on the employees in front of customers (us and several others).

We were first ignored by the server who sat us, and said she would be right back. I guess that means... never! Another server noticed after 15 minutes of sitting and waiting to order beverages and she stopped by to check on us. Thank you Kat! The previous server or lack thereof, never stopped by again. If it wasn't for Kat, we would have likely left. We finish our long awaited breakfast (30 minutes in a slow morning) only to witness the wrath of the owner take out her frustration on her employees on the open floor. Completely rude and unprofessional!! Not sure what Amazing Grace stands for, but there was no amazing, nor grace in this experience.

If there is ever another stop in this location, will likely only be for a latte to-go.
