Description: The Breeze Inn is a casual clean family friendly restaurant/bar. We open daily at 11 am. It is a short drive up the Jean Duluth Road just north of town. We have plenty of parking and we sit on a 5 acre lot that is surrounded by trees. We have 16 taps beers and a full bar. We have wonderful sandwiches, homemade soups and we are known for our delicious hand-pattied burgers. Our specialty is our 1/2 pound Juicy Lucy! We have been awarded the best burger in the Twin Ports many time! Join us for All you can eat fish Friday's 4-8. Great happy hours. We have specials on our house made bloody mary's, screwdrivers and mimosa's. Join us for live local music every Sunday from 4p-7p. Reservations are accepted Sunday - Thursdays and call ahead seating on Fridays and Saturdays.

This place has changed a lot over the years and this time for the better. They don't just have great burgers, they have great everything. Last night I had the Sweet Carolina, it's a pulled pork sandwich with awesome coleslaw on it. Yummy! My sister in law had the Cuban and loved it. My husband had the green olive and cream cheese burger and never made a noise until it was gone. Their chips are homemade and very tasty also. It's a bonus that it's just a few miles from the house.

This place looks like what you'd expect of a bar and grill in rural northern Minnesota, and a few years ago, that's exactly what it was. Indifferent ownership has been replaced and the place significantly upgraded. There's a wide selection of microbrews, and in our party of four, everyone was delighted with their food. Good and friendly service are a plus.
It's located on the northern edge of Duluth, where you can't see other buildings from your house or the bar, but it's not really in the backwoods.
Note: A Google search returns a web site for the place, but the page has been suspended. There are plenty of reviews on other sites, pretty much all positive.

This place has to have one of the best hamburgers in the state of Minnesota, one place for tourists, or locals to take the time to visit, and experience excellent staff and food.

This is a great little country pub. It is nothing fancy but it is well kept and has a welcome feeling to it. It certainly is a comfortable place where one could feel comfortable bringing the family. The menu is typical pub fare, with burgers, sandwiches, and related sides. My wife and I tried some of the Juicy Lucy burgers and were very impressed. Though I didn't have a beer on this visit, the bar appears to have an excellent variety of beers on tap including some local selections. The prices were reasonable making this a great casual dining experience.

I recently stopped in to the Breeze Inn for lunch, thinking,"Well, I guess it's Miller Lite on tap and a greasy "fresh frozen", VFW, burger".

WRONG!!!!!!!

Wow! This place is awesome!

A variety of micro brews, great service, and the food is out of this world, (for Bar food).

Now I've been back 3 times!

My favorite menu items?

(Of course), the Juicy Loosy. (For the uninitiated- A burger with the cheese in the middle of the burger)

The grilled cheese with Bacon, cheddar and BORSIN cheese- (dang! this is tasty!)

Sweet Potato Fry's!!!!!!!!

If your around the Mount Royal area and want something different for a fair price, check out this establishment. And don't forget the Surly Furious on tap!
