Their French Fries are Amazing! Get them with the truffle infused olive oil they drizzle over them! Great service, art, and a fun building! Milk and cookie desert, cozy and happy! Perfect for lunch!

Enjoyed the good food provided by our choices of succulent Amish roast chicken and a hearty confit of duck pie. But the dining experience was marred by the poor acoustics that amplified the noisy, high-pitched, self-congratulatory cackling of a few groups of females getting the worse for wear from the massive selection of bar drinks available.

This is place for mussels in a red curry/coconut milk sauce. I could drink the sauce, but they provide lots of bread to soak up any extra. Yum! Also, their portabella mushroom sandwich rocks. I think this restaurant is one of Duluth's top five. Good desserts, too. And soups are devine.

Zietgeist Arts Cafe is part of a larger arts venue -- live theater and two movie theaters. As frequent movie goers and eaters, we like this venue -- the staff are skilled and courteous. The bar is quite good (except they don't know how to make a traditional Old Fashioned). The wine list is modest but has some nice variety. There are vegetarian and meat/fish items that are reasonably priced. Parking in a ramp near the complex is free after 5:30.

I have had this sandwich monthly since this place opened. It always tastes fresh and I usually can't even finish it. Go with the truffle fries for a buck or so more. Solid!
