If you're looking for an "out in the boonies" camping experience, this is not for you. It's relatively small and located near a somewhat busy highway. However, it's a short distance to Duluth, kid friendly, and has clean bathrooms/free showers. Firewood can be purchased for $5 a bundle and is right on a scenic little river. The folks that run the place are very friendly and genuinely take an interest in the well being of the campers. Prices were reasonable as well at $30/night for a spot with water and electrical hookups ($28 for tents). Overall we'd return, but we'll probably search for a more secluded spot.
