I overheard some others talking about this park and drove up to see it! Excellent sites, gardens, picnic area. Our trip to Duluth was made complete by visiting this park.

Visited Enger tower for the first time July 2012, after many trips to Duluth over the years. This is a wonderful park and a must see for any trip to Duluth. The Gardens are great and the views from the tower are awesome. The new Pagoda location enhances the views of Duluth and the harbor. I recommend this for any visit to Duluth. It is a little confusing to find, but the frustration is worth it.

Lots of Climbing hills and stairs but absolutely worth it for the beautiful view at the top! Went back at the beginning of June but it was windy and rainy but still a great place to see.

This seemingly "small" park is an ideal place for family picnics. Lovely gardens greet you as you enter, and the views from Enger tower are stunning. Lots of picnic tables and restroom facilities afford comfort for all ages. Paved paths from parking area permit easy access for scooters and wheelchairs.
