First off our waitress was great. The salad bar used to be above average. Today, as a salad bar seeker..I will not go to any Ruby Tuesdays anymore. Nothing red...no tomatoes radishes peppers. Only two pasta selections and where's the cottage cheese? Boiled eggs on and on..was hoping to lure my granddaughter into some .healthy eating.. The restaurant was not so busy and our waitress was scrubbing the walls behind the booth across from us...gross..not very appetizing.

My mom took me here for a birthday dinner and I ordered the snap peas as a side dish. LIttle did I know that the only vegetable that they serve that is not fresh are the snap peas. Suggestion: either remove them or great fresh - makes a huge impact on the appearance as well as the taste!

We have eaten here twice in the past two weeks and each time we have been impressed by the food and service. Unlike Applebee's, which we also enjoy, especially when traveling, Ruby Tuesday's has their bar separated from their eating area and does not have TV screens all over the place.. This makes the dining experience much more relaxing and make sit possible to talk to your friends and engage in conversations that are not interrupted by music, sports commentary or loud bar conversations.

The menu has a wide variety of traditional foods as well as creative dishes at reasonable prices. The quality of our meals was first class and the service and decor impressive.

We will be looking for Ruby Tuesday on our frequent road trips in the future and hope they have been able to ensure consistent quality and service throughout their network the way Applebee's as done.
