The rooms were nice with a nice size bathroom. There wasn't a hot tub in the pool area, and you have to go through the pool area to get to breakfast, which was average. The front desk was very helpful, and there are shuttles that will take you to the Mall of America and other places that run several times a day and after 9:30 you just have to call. Overall it was a nice hotel for a reasonable price.

The hotel is convenient and relatively well- priced; but that is the extent of it. I am writing this review while I am still staying in it , preparing to leave first-thing in am .
The hotel is not clean and you can tell this from the carpet condition and smell. The front desk were not helpful and service -at best -is lousy. I have been to other Comfort inns and suites before ( I am a choice previlige gold member) but this by far is inferior to some others. for example, when we asked for crib for the baby , it took them 45 min to drop it off- after several reminders ( not even bring it to the room) with no aseembly and no extra sheets or pillows. When we asked for bottled water for the baby, we were told: sorry we cannot help you!
Overall, stay here if you are looking for proximity and low price, but not for service or quality.

This was a great place to stay if you are planning a football game or something at either Target arenas. It is in easy walking distance of all three and had a great breakfast in the morning that came with the room. The rooms are spacious and a great place to party with friends

Room Tip: If going to the pool area use the elevator farthest away from the front desk. A room close to that m...

The location was great, and the room was decently clean. However, the bathroom was another issue. There was dirt all over the bottom of the tub, and on the toilet seat. There is also no fan in the bathroom, so it got extremely hot in there after a shower, and we were late leaving because we had to let the bathroom cool off before we could finish getting ready. The water came out very rusty, and we had to wait awhile for the clean water before we could even get into the shower. When we walked down the hall in the morning, every single door on our floor was open and there were construction workers everywhere. One of them came walking out of a room with a container full of paint and nearly spilled it all over me as I walked by. Wouldn't you shut down the entire floor for construction? Why was our room the only one deemed habitable on the entire floor? The construction also resulted in the elevators being shut down, so we had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs. I also chose this hotel for the pool, and when we got to the pool there was a big sign that said it was closed down for maintenance. That would have also been nice to know ahead of time when booking the room. This hotel was pretty much a bust. Its only redeeming factors are location, and the attached Outback Steakhouse which was a great place for a meal after arriving late. They also offer a shuttle to the Mall of America, but they don't hesitate to ask you to be sure to tip them.

Clean economy airport hotel with no surprises. Located on one way Interstate access road, so getting there can be interesting. Service was great for being late at night. Room was average and allowed for a full nights sleep.

First saw ants in our bathroom, didnt think anything of it. then two days later they were scattered all on our dresser by the tv. We checked out the following day....room 128 on the first floor, great place to stay for people who love the little creatures.

The airport pick up and drop off was good. You want to make sure you get your name on the list early as it can fill up fast with them also offering rides to the mall. The room was clean, front desk courteous and efficient. Continental breakfast was good. For the most part, this hotel is the same as any other hotel of this chain or price range. However, the issues I had were that it is in an area away from anything within walking distance. Although it is connected to an Outback Steakhouse, it doesn't do much good if one arrives after they close or doesn't want to eat there every night. It would be strongly advised to either use this hotel as on one night stop or have yourself a car. My second issue with the hotel, and which more than likely would keep me from coming back is that the windows are about 4-5 feet wide. At the bottom of the window is the heat/cooling unit. So the drapes don't block the air flow, they solved the problem by not providing drapes that pull shut. That's right! You have a sheer on the window and on the outside of the heating/cooling unit you have drapes and that's it. All night long light comes in from the street lights. You want to sleep in-forget it-the sunlight streaming through the sheers is going to light up the room whether you like it or not. I have never had this on any other hotel and I believe it to be the stupidest idea anybody could have thought up.

Room Tip: Either bring blindfold, or chose another hotel if a bright room at night and early morning is not ac...
