Keep in mind that this is basically just fast food. So my ratings and expectations in terms of food quality and atmosphere are not the same as with a sit-down restaurant.
I visited two days ago to pick up lunch for my family of five. Wife and kids stayed in the car while I went in to get the take-out. The presentation of the food made it look exactly as one would see at one of those cheap Chinese places at a mall food court. That made me nervous. But the food was noticeably better than the average food court junk.
Twenty bucks for enough food for all of us! Good deal! All non-Asian cooking crew detracts from the experience. Hey, let's face it. We all know most "Chinese" food in the US is not authentic. But seeing someone of Asian descent preparing the food just helps anyway.
