You know this place is the real deal by the proportion of Chinese diners you see there every time. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the big booths and big round tables are nice when you have a larger group. As for the food, I can't say I've sampled a wide variety (because I got hooked on a few things from the outset), but I've gone their with various friends on several occasions and they have enjoyed their dishes too. My favorites are the Szechuan green beans (appetizer) and the homestyle tofu, which comes in a homemade sauce that includes black beans, along with bok choi and other vegetables. Outstanding flavor in that sauce! The other nice thing is that even on a Saturday night, you can usually get a table because the restaurant is so large. (See all the great reviews on Yelp too!) Highly recommended!
