The aquarium is the best I've ever seen. My 33 year old daughter and 8 year old grand daughter and I all loved it! There's an amusement park, ice skating, movies, restaurants, food courts and shopping galore!

“Disappointment”
Reviewed September 25, 2009

Mall is huge and so are the prices in all the stores. Sears was the only affordable store but they either cather to kids, teens or old ladies in their women's clothing. Was hoping to find some bargains but the only ones we found was at Regis for shampoo and the dollar store. Mall of America is an expensive shopping trip.

“Great time!!”
Reviewed September 1, 2009

Mall of America is great for families and for adults. I had a great time shopping one day and watching my kids get on all the rides on the second day. There were lots of bargains and the sales person were sooo friendly. If you are heading toward Minnesota, please stop at the Mall of America. The colors of the amusement park are so bright and pleasant to the eye. Have fun.

“Wow!!”
Reviewed August 18, 2009

This was my second trip to the Mall of America and things have changed dramatically in the last ten years. We were only there one day and I would definately recommend giving yourself at least two days to experience the mall. We spent most of the day shopping and didn't have time to spend enjoying the middle of the mall. I enjoyed the variety of shops and found that most employees were very friendly. I plan to take another trip there so I have time to ride some of the rides and see the many things that I missed.

“It's a Mall”
Reviewed August 15, 2009

My sister had a burning desire to go here and spend a day so we went. It's a great attraction if you have young children with you because it does have a fun amusement park inside which operates year round. It also has an overpriced aquarium in the "basement" of the Mall which is fine for young children.

But for adults and teens, this is just a really big mall. If you have an older or handicapped person with you who needs to use an electric scooter they are available for rent for $30! We were surprised they weren't free. If you love to shop this is the place for you. But if shopping is only a so-so activity for you, drop your shoppers off and go to a museum or a film instead.
