15 minutes from Detroit airport, on the way to Ann Arbor- is this beautiful B&B, modernized Victorian house and a great homey alternative to a hotel when you need to be in the area. The owner Chris makes an awesome breakfast, and helps with any local info you may need. I stayed during a U Mich football game parents weekend- and brought my daughter back to stay overnight and have a great homecooked breakfast.

Very clean, very quiet, bathrooms in the room- easy parking, quiet entrance to come and go any time. Short walk to downtown Ypsilanti where there are some really good restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Only 12-15 minutes into Ann Arbor.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I always am delighted when parents of Eastern Michigan University and University of Michigan students stay with us. The students are always welcome to join their parents for breakfast. So nice to know you enjoyed your stay. I look forward to seeing you again.

Loved this B&B. Chris is so nice and helpful. Our room was cozy and the bed was comfy. I especially loved the electric blanket after coming in from the cold Ann Arbor weather. Breakfast was delicious - and the snacks and amenities were plentiful.

Room Tip: Beautiful view out the back of the house.

So happy you enjoyed your stay and were able to get warm after experiencing the cold and dreary weather. Thank for sharing your experience. Looking forward to seeing you next time.

Parish House is conveniently located for both Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor. The rooms are clean and charming. Our only complaint was the small shower. Walking trails along the Huron River and Ford Lake are close by. The breakfasts were very good and the hospitality was friendly.

THank you so much for sharing your experience. The Parish House Inn was once a Victorian house that was renovated to be a bed and breakfast. The bathrooms were added to each room and made to fit the space available and vary in size from room to room. I am delighted that you pleased with the rest of your stay.

Comfortable, quiet room with luxuriously soft sheets and towels and a lovely view of the river. The inn was in walking distance of some good restaurants and interesting shops. Lots of green space and walking trails in the area.

Our stay at the Parish House was wonderful. We only needed a place to sleep and have breakfast since we were gone all day doing errands. Great location with private parking. The house is small with narrow staircases, and the room was comfortable, had its own bathroom, small but convenient, and we felt as if we were visiting family and stayed at their house. The fresh home made breakfast was delicious. We appreciate Chris let us invite our daughter over for breakfast during our stay without additional charge. At breakfast you sit with other guests and enjoy your meal while getting to know other people. We were in Ypsilanti to help our daughter move into her new place. She is attending EMU. The Parish House was perfect for us. Chris is also a great hostess who knows the area really well. She offered great advice to us and to our daughter regarding places to eat, buy groceries, do laundry, as well as things to do in town. Cookies, fruit, water, coffee and tea were always available in their dinning area. The house is on Huron street so you hear some street noise if the windows are open. No AC. The ceiling fan worked out fine for us.

Thankyou for sharing your experience. It was so nice to meet your daughter and welcome her to Ypsilanti. Because the weather so so very cool, we opened windows and did not use our central air conditioning. During warmer weather, the air conditioning would have been running. All the guest rooms have ceiling fans and the windows do open. I look forward to seeing you on your next visit.
