“Over priced live crab and spoiled stink sea cucumber in the seafood stir combo.”
Reviewed July 5, 2012

We ordered Peking Duck for 3 styles which was delicious. However the seafood stir pot disappointed us.
The sea cucumber was spoiled and very stink. We gave it to the waitress and she took it away without any feedback to us. (still charged us without saying anything) The waitress told us that all seafood was 30% off that evening. But don't be fooled by them. We ordered the ginger and garlic steam crab which was way overpriced compared with other nearby restaurant. (about $9 more per pound) They charged the crab over $47 for just "one" crab (not very big) which was not worth it.

“Chinese restaurant great for special occasions - but only good if you order from the menu”
Reviewed May 12, 2012

We were here several times, and didn't particularly like most of the food - too American. Don't go to the Buffet - cheap but really not good. Of the menu, don't take the "mixed" (meat plus vegetable) dishes - the three kinds of duck - need to choose two out of three - is excellent.

However, they have a wonderful Chinese atmosphere, and two elevated tables which seat 8-12 people each under golden phoenix and dragon, Chinese symbols of husband and wife.

My (Chinese) husband explained to them what he wanted and they were very accomodating, serving Chinese home style and many more vegetarian dishes than usual at a wedding.

The desert, traditionally fruit, was served very nicely decorated.

They serve wine but have no clue, so choose yourself and don't expect too much - beer is fine.

I gave it very good because normally it was just average, but what they did for a special occasion was excellent - also in terms of cost. I highly recommend them for such an occasion, as long as you know what you want and can explain it to them. Most other restaurants did not let you take charge.

“Lots of food!”
Reviewed March 29, 2012

The best thing about this buffet is that they make a fresh variety of sushi which is included in your price. The rest of the food is very typical of an Asian buffet. Bland egg rolls, all the sauces tasted similar. Went twice during the week I was there, once for lunch and once for dinner. Both times it was only half full, easy to navigate the buffet area. I ate mostly sushi and it was good, but they don't tag what it is so you either guess or try to get someone's attention. The rest of the buffet line is well marked. One downside to me was that there was fish, salad fixings and desserts, all on the same buffet line on ice, which seemed weird. I would have liked not to see some type of fish sitting right next to the almond cookies!
Wait staff was very at tentative and checked on us both times quite a bit without being bothersome.
