“What a nice find!”
Reviewed September 26, 2012

My girlfriend came across this place on Yelp when she was searching for a breakfast place that she hasn't been to. We were surprised by how good the reviews are and also by the fact that we've never noticed this place. So we came here the next morning with two friends who, like us, were here for the first time. I ordered a cup of coffee and the gravy plate special, which is basically biscuits with sausage gravy, two bacon strips, home fries, scrambled eggs, and a slice of pineapple. To say it was good is an understatement. I particularly love the home fries, which comes with a hint of curry. Also, the coffee was brewed to perfection. Needless to say, I'll be back in the near future!

“Love the staff!!!”
Reviewed February 18, 2012

My two year old daughter and I were spending a little daddy/ daughter time in downtown Ypsilanti. After visiting the hardware store we happened to wander past Beezy's on Washington Street and decided to stop in for lunch. The place was pretty busy and had a line-up to the door for ordering (always a good sign of good food). We weren't waiting in line for more than a couple minutes when one of the friendly waitresses came up to take our order. She was very nice and really took the time to engage with her customers to make sure we were happy while having to wait. We ended up ordering a delicious sandwich to share and found a nice table next to the windows. I really like how the restaurant spans across a couple buildings, it gives it a nice 'homey' feel. Over all I was very pleased with the experience. thanks Beezy's
