We came to the place on Sunday morning with two hungry two-year old twins in tow. Apparently, we used the wrong door (not the mall entrance), but we have not been there before and had no clue. Upon entering we were asked how many and were seated right away, somewhat of a surprise to us as we were expecting a bit of a wait. The bus boy quickly brought two high chairs, we removed children's coats and started putting them in their high chairs. At this point a girl came up to our table, introduced herself as a host, and told us that there was a line at the other entrance, so we have to leave and wait in line. We said that we did not know anything about it and were already given this table by one of the staff. Then the manager came in, and told us that the person who gave us the table in the first place made a mistake and we should wait in line. Neither she, nor the hostess made no attempts to apologize to us for putting us in this rather awkward situation. We argued that since it was their fault and the kids would through a fit if we leave now without feeding them, they should rectify it; after arguing for another couple of minutes the manager seemed to have given up and said that we could stay. We were expecting that at least at this point they would serve us quickly, but it was the other way around: all of the waitresses pointedly though us pretending we were not there. It was so spiteful and unprofessional that we thought that people like that are perfectly capable of spitting in your food, or something of that sort ; at this point we had absolutely no desire of dining at the "famous" Zoe's House of Pancakes and left.
