We stayed at the Inn at Union Pier for three nights in August and had a wonderfully relaxing few days - we found it hard to tear ourselves away.

First off, the breakfasts are amazing. We had never stayed at a B&B in the US before and so were very impressed by the great muffins, pancakes and parfaits we were presented with each morning which all tasted delicious.

The Inn is about a two minute walk from a pleasant beach and about five minutes walk from the nearest diner. The rooms are very comfortable and a good size and the free bike hire is a great bonus - we had lots of fun cycling to New Buffalo and generally exploring the area.

Most importantly, the owners are really friendly and were always happy to help with our questions.

I'd reccommend this B&B to anyone wanting a relaxing place to stay in this lovely part of the world.

We hav e been going to Inn for almost 11 years. We love the scenery and the people at the Inn are fabulous. We have always received excellent service. Employees are always courteous and helpful. It is one of our favorite places to go to get a way for a few days of peace and quiet. Would recommend it to anyone who might be thinking of going.

Room Tip: Any room you choose is a good one!!!

We had a very memorable stay at the Inn at Union Pier, Michigan. The location was near the lake and in walking distance to some places to eat. The rooms at the Inn, were very clean. And our room had a swedish fireplace and even though, it did not get cold enough to put it on, it added to the room decor. Very cozy and inviting. The staff was fabulous. We had Swedish pancakes for breakfast one morning and their were delicious. The staff at the Inn, really made us feel comfortable, during our whole stay. And we want to thank them very much! We will be back.

We were just up for our fall weekend getaway and we could not have had a more pleasant experience. The property is beautiful and near the lake, the wineries and apple orchards. The staff is attentive but not intrusive. Breakfast was great both days we were there and the wine and cookies in the evening are a great perk. We would definitely recommend staying at this lovely inn. In fact, we've already booked our room reservation for our winter getaway in January! Loved it and can't wait to go back!

My husband and I spent two nights at the Inn at Union Pier. It was spectacular! Bill and his staff were more than accommodating, they went out of their way to make sure our stay was a memorable one. We stayed in the Dandelion room, a very large comfortable room on the corner of the house, that overlooks the gardens. The food at the Inn was fantastic! Tasty and very well presented. The area around the Inn had plenty of things to do, amazing restaurants (Frankies and Timothy's) cute boutiques, casinos, and antiquing. We will definitely be going back for another stay.... hopefully soon!
