Stayed at this hotel with friends local to Troy. This was our first stay here, but our friends stay at this hotel as "staycations". Can't beat the deal when dinner, drinks (including alcohol), popcorn, and breakfast is included. Great value. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Kids spend over 5 hours in the pool/hot tub between Friday night and Saturday morning. After swimming Friday night, went to a local pizza place and brought back pizza to the hotel. The staff offered us plates, napkins and silverware and use of their pop machine, all with a smile. I have not seen customer service like this in a very long time. Will definitely go back the next time we need a hotel around Troy MI and would try their other locations also.

This hotel was very clean. It had an updated decor with high end touches. The staff was stupendous, making sure our stay was pleasurable. Can't beat all the extras...hot snacks, (alcoholic) drinks for the adults and a fabulous breakfast in the morning. My "tween" kids were thankful that the pool went up to 5'. I liked the fact that it had both a refrigerator AND a microwave in the room. My only complaint was that I felt that my mattress (or mattress pad) was a little lumpy. The rest of my family slept fine. We will definitely be seeking out other Drury Hotels as we travel. In my opinion, it rivals (and surpasses) many of the more expensive chains. You can't beat it for the price!

I'm a fan of the chain in general, but this property was by far the most updated we've ever stayed in. The bathrooms were huge and had a separate shower and garden tub. The food was great both in the morning and for 5:30 Kickback. The manager showed us personal attention during our stay.

There is good shopping near by, and the only slight downside is getting out...one way roads make it kind of a pain. Well worth it though, since the pet-friendly policies and extras make this a great place to say.

We love the Drury Inn. This hotel is clean, the rooms are nice, and the staff is top notch. The breakfast and evening reception are wonderful. The kids loved the pool and the popcorn treat afterward. We will be staying here again when we are in the Detroit area.

When we visit Michigan, we always stay at the Drury on Big Beaver Road, it is easily accessible from I-75 either N or S. The front staff are very welcoming when you come into the hotel. We were taken care of by Luli, who we remembered before when we stayed at the Drury, she is very pleasant and outgoing, what a great way to start your stay! We requested an early check-in and they were ready for us. Any time that we had to ask for anything the staff is always great. The manager was also very nice when we were there. The rooms have been upgraded, what a comfortable bed! The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. We had fresh towels each day and our room was always very clean each day. The breakfast is great, not just bagels and toast. The food staff in the morning were very pleasant and happy. We didn't have the evening food, as we were not at the time. I would have to say that overall, this hotel, is worth staying at if you want a clean and friendly hotel that is affordable, and, if you want friendly staff. I believe that if you have good management, you have happy employees and this place has just that!
