Went here to celebrate a friends birthday. The cook was entertaining, very funny and the food was average, however the prices are pretty high. We had to pay an extra 3bucks to get fried rice, which was in portioned control in a bowl. We also ordered sushi and it didn't taste like it was freshly prepared.

We are a family of 5, so we go on a Saturday during lunch because the cost of dinner is out of the question. And the lunch cost is at the top of what we spend when we go out.

The chef was fun and our teen age kids enjoy it when we go there and the food is quite good.

We have been here a few times and the last two times it was really disappointing. The chef was not skilled with a knife so the showmanship was disappointing. The food was okay but not worth the price at all, especially the kids meals. We have two small kids and it cost almost $12 for their meals after you add a drink since it is not included. For that much money I expect better across the board. The sushi bar side of the restaurant used to be really good but I haven't been there in a long time since we found a good closer place.

We had a special dinner here - so we got a photo! It would have been more fun if the other people sharing our table had been social, but we had a good time. The tables are really crowded, so if you are at all clumsy (like me) BE CAREFUL!! The chef was awesome, the food was good too. Would return.

I went here years ago in New York City before they were anywhere else. Was one of my favorite places to eat and learned I loved Japanese food and green tea. You have to experience it to know if you like it or not.
