So this place is a but like the magical tent that Hermione Granger had on Harry Potter. It looks way bigger inside than outside.
This is a remodeled Arby's restaurant that was vaccant for a while. It has been repurposed into a mexican place. there is some nealt wall paint treatment to make the walls look like sandstone. There are wooden slat roll down blinds over the windows removing the "drive thru" feel to the place.
Everyone was very friendly. Service was outstanding. Prices were in line with other mexican food places.
This is NOT a taco bell type environment. The people dining here were taking their time and savoring. I did not feel rushed. It was quaint.
Oh - they have a liquor license, and serve their own sangria and some pretty good maragitas.
I ate the fish tacos, which were good. They had some sort of tasty unique white sauce on the side that I added as I wished. One thing was however they cooked the corn torilla. They were really big and puffy, without being greasy. My girlfriend has the pork encheladas. The port was (of course I tasted them!) tender, flavorful. We took extras home.
I am going to say "outdoor seating" because when we went to leave the manager said they are putting in outdoor seating as soon as the spring weather arrives.
They do have a happy hour, so I can see us stopping there on a Friday again.
