The lighthouse was small but we had a great experience. They also have a small cabin that you can see. We did have a lot of black flies all around us.

The guides at this lighthouse were so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the exhibits, and learned so much about the rigorous lives of lighthouse keepers.

Reasonable priced tourist attraction with a great view over the lake. Small, but informative. Very narrow steps to climb to the top of the lighthouse.

Very clean area and easy to walk around. It had a little log cabin next to Lighthouse you could check out. The lighthouse was clean and very nice, the grounds and view of the water was pretty. The gift shop and museum would have been nicer if not so crowded. They should put a limit as to how many can go in there at a time.

The lighthouse is on the 45th parallel half way between the north pole and the equator. It is at the north end of Mission Point Peninsula. The Peninsula is full of grape vineyards and cherry trees. It has 9 wineries where wine is sold with tasting areas. The area is known for their Riesling Wine.
