Description: North Peak is a fantastic brew pub with a culinary experience like no other. North Peak has burgers, seafood, steaks, pizzas and the best hand-crafted micro-brew around. Our restaurant is kid friendly and has something for everyone. You can head downstairs after dinner for live music at Kilkenny's Irish Pub in our lower level below North Peak. No need to go anywhere else! We have all the good food, fun, music and beer you will ever need all in one building. Hope to see you soon.

Recommended by the hotel, this is a somewhat typical brew/pub. The menu was fairly extensive, emphisis on their hearth fired pizzas. We had pretzel crusted walleye which was good and flavorful. The Oktoberfest sausage special was good, however the stoneground mustard was a dijon base. Missed the target. Service was good---a bit too friendly.
Not a bad place, just not the level we had hoped for. Food 3.5/5; service 3/5; atmosphere 3.5/5.
Nothing spectacular or memorable.

The food was really good. I ordered the pizza and was very happy. Had beer ale soup and that was very good as well. The party I was with was very happy with their food selections. Nice selection of beers as well.

The brewery is located a few minutes walk from downtown in and old factory building which gives it a great atmosphere, the kitchen is open to the dining area so you get to see the army of chefs actually making your food. We arrived during Oktoberfest, the menu was geared towards German foods and beers. The waiters are very knowledgeable about their beers so we ordered the Peakfest Oktoberfest brew and also a pint of Diabolical IPA, both were spot on.
I had whitefish and chips and hubby ordered a sausage platter from the special Oktoberfest menu both were delicious.

We always have dinner at North Peak when in Traverse City and have a great meal every time. Servers are knowledgeable about both food and brews. Shirley's Irish Stout was nitrogen dispensed and is not to be missed. Siren Amber Ale is another great choice. I enjoyed the Parmesan whitefish with barley pilaf and fresh veggies. The haystack pastrami on marbled rye with haystack onions, Swiss cheese, spring greens and orange marmalade mayo was also tasty. We always enjoy the atmosphere and sense of fun in the air. Sadly?, it was too warm for the roaring fireplace which we fondly remember on chilly fall days. We highly recommend this restaurant.
