The service was okay, the restaurant was clean, but the food was barely up to par. The seafood trio had a burnt crab "pancake", underdone lobster tail, and the shrimp had almost no flavour. The cajun tilapia tasted like it was poached in water. The best dish was that of pasta...but it's hard to ruin that. The server brought out another crab cake, but it was far too salty to be considered edible. That being said, the manager did not charge us for our 2 glasses of wine. There were others in close proximity who were returning their meals as well. Not sure if it was an off-night for this Ruby Tuesday, but we won't go back there when next in Traverse City.
