“A must breakfast stop in T.C.”
Reviewed December 22, 2013

We have stopped here several times for Breakfast when we are in T.C. Although it is small and you might have to wait it is a great Breakfast. The finally got fountain Coke as they used to serve Coke out of a can.

“Hearty delicious breakfast”
Reviewed November 4, 2013 via mobile

Went here on a weekday morning and had breakfast. Waitress was friendly and attentive. The breakfast menu is on the smaller side but is not lacking anything from the standard fare. Omelettes are average and big enough to share. Bread is fresh from a local bakery and very tasty. We had sides of corn beef hash and hashbrowns which were great and large portions. The coffee was good and refilled often. Would try somewhere else next time but would recommend to those who havent been. Its a nice local spot near downtown.

“Great menu....will be back to try more”
Reviewed August 14, 2013

We eat very early so at 7 am we were the first in the door. We split an omelet that had fresh mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, and bacon. It was awesome and neither so us left a morsel in our plate. The menu had many more items I want to sample so we will be back.

“Best breakfast!!”
Reviewed June 10, 2013

We were disappointed when we heard The Happy Hog had closed. We were delighted when we drove by and saw the "open" sign. They have new management and are now called The Happy Hogg.

Great service from all the servers who kept the hot coffee coming. I had the spinach, bacon and feta omelet. Delicious and huge. I couldn't finish it all. Hubby had three large slices of French toast.

Great place for breakfast. Small inside but that adds to the experience. Conversation between strangers was frequent.
