“Off the beaten path!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 8, 2012

This has become one of our favorite "go to" places. Our thought is to do the yummy soup and salad table but the perch dinner and the daily special has been some of our choices. The view of Fisher Lake is a treat and outside patio is a joy if Michigan weather allows. The service is okay and the interior could use a bit of updating but the over all experience is enjoyable. Yes, I would recommend this restauant but keep in mind it is not a "big city" kind of place.

“Upscale for Three Rivers”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 14, 2012

Need a nice place to go in Three Rivers? This is it. In fact it's the only real choice. But bear in mind this is three Rivers, not Grand Rapids or Kalamazoo...get the picture. An appetizing, akthough linited salad bar is offered, and the entre's at our table got fair to good reviews. I liked it, my wife won't go back. It should be said that this place is an old Three Rivers standby.

“Could do better”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 23, 2012

This place is always busy, but I do not know why. Food is mediocre at best. Portions are small. Menu limited. Prices are very high for what you get. Bartender did not know how to make a vodka/tonic. OMG. This is very close to my house and I only go if friends don't want to go elsewhere. Not impressed.

“Great view; high prices”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 20, 2012

I live on the Lake and so we go to CJ's frequently. Taking guests there by boat is always fun. I usually have the soup and salad bar because other menu items seem priced too high for me. You can eat on the deck when the weather permits and it is always a fun experience. However, my dining room at home has the same great view and the wine is more affordable. The prices are the main reason we don't go more often. Over the years they have crept up significantly. But, portions are large and the quality of the food is good. The ambiance is very nice and the servers are friendly and fast.
