The staff was very helpful and breakfast was more than I could have ever expected. The rooms were very clean and I loved the remote for the TV. We had a bottle of wine and the bar staff was outgoing and friendly. I normally have to sleep with earplugs when away from home but this Inn was very quiet even though there was a wedding going on at the location.

We stayed here for one night after a Red Wing's Game. The room was nice, the bed very comfortable and the price was great. We had a minor problem with the television, but the hotel gave us breakfast (which was excellent) for free to compensate us.

The only issue that we had was when we asked the front desk to call us a cab to take us downtown. They called us a limo service which ended up costing us $55 plus tip. On the return trip with the regular cab company the cost was $35 plus tip. If you need a cab, be sure to use the name of the regular cab when asking for a cab with the front desk.

The hotel was very clean (would not expect anything else from a Hilton). The hotel staff was very courteous and respectful. Hotel's restaurant and bar were "ok". The only drawback is the location. The location is more related to business than to a tourist or vacation. The restaurants around they area are just the "basics"

I truly apologize if you were disappointed with some of our recent renovations. We are updating our property on an ongoing basis and I do appreciate you bringing these issues to my attention. Guest satisfaction is very important to us and we try hard to make sure all of our guests have a rewarding stay. I will make sure that our Maintenance crew takes care of the broken sliding door you mentioned in your review.

Checked into to this hotel based on the recent reviews and that it had be renovated. However I am not sure what has been renovated. The closet door in my room was so damaged (sliding door) I could not open it. There were stains on the floor and the furniture looked dated.
Bathroom was okay and clean, shower good.
People at check in very friendly.
Bed too soft, even after adjusting.

Pity as I was hoping to stay here more often

Very pleased with our stay. Location was perfect for our trip, shopping at Tanger, Ford museum, dining out. "Breakfast at the hotel was tasty and great value. Management and staff made us feel welcome. Cleanliness of room was up to par. Used the exercise room & pool [a little cool but refreshing]. Definitely will stay there again.

We stayed there for my husbands 30th birthday gift. He wanted to see a Detroit Tigers game and hit up American Jewelry and Loan. This hotel was super nice. Good and safe location. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Room was very clean and comfortable and kind of right in the middle of a lot of things. The only complaint I have was that they charged me not only a deposit that they did not inform me of (which is fine because they explained it to me when I asked them about it) but they overcharged me for the room by about 75 bucks. I had to contact them more than once to get it taken care of. It all balanced itself out within a week of checkout. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely stay here again.

This is the better Hilton property in the area. Was going through a refresh in November, so while 'in process', it was good to see things being spruced up. The hotel was therefore basically clean - where the refresh had passed. Hopefully the rest of the hotel will also improve. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I was able to relax in the room and not feel the need to go on a bedbug hunt.

The downside was the restaurant. The menu was old and even though it was being stated that there was a new cook, the food was bland and tasteless. About what one would expect from a mid-tier, business traveler in the midwest.

The team we had in town preferred this hotel.
