“Horrible Food”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 26, 2013

We assumed that the buffet at this casino would compare to Caesar's in Windsor but we were dead wrong. The food was low budget, mushy( probably it had been sitting to long on the steam table) and had no flavour. The menu was no better, our friends ordered salad which was old and brown and a Reuben sandwich which was dry and crunchy. I noticed on our way out many tables left untouched meals behind also. The service was poor as well. Too bad because this place could have potential.

“Very good buffet”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 31, 2013

The buffet here is always very good and has a good selection for dinner. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Highly recommended. Price was higher than I remember but still not too bad if on vacation.

“Dissappointment, Improperly staffed & prepared”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 7, 2013

We arrived after a four hour drive looking forward to celebrating my husband's birthday with what used to be a fabulous buffet at a reasonable price. That was no longer the case. Expensive but not extensive. A lot of prepared foods, had to wait for a meat cutter, only saw 2 people manage the buffet. Our waitress was very friendly though and attempted to make the Birthday Boy feel special. Apparently another couple in our group who was at a separate table an hour earlier had been looking at the menu instead of the buffet. Her server advised that the kitchen wasn't properly staffed so she would be better to have the buffet. Really? Why have menu service as an option then. Not impressed. Will not eat there again due to low level of food offered on the buffet and the very high price, especially for the Ponderosa-quality of food.

“Misled and dissappointed”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 28, 2013

We visited on a Friday and called before we went to make sure that Crab was on the buffet menu. We were told it was but when we arrived around 6:00 pm there was no crab to be found. The Prime Rib, which I'm not even sure was really prime rib was overcooked and chewy. Most of the other buffet items that were deep fried (fish, hush puppies, scallops) were dried out and tasteless. The only items we actually enjoyed were BBQ beef ribs and dessert. On a positive note our waitress was very friendly and attentive.

“Typical casino dining”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 20, 2013 via mobile

It's average casino dining. Nothing spectacular. They have a nice Sunday breakfast buffet with a wide variety of food. They also have crab legs and prime rib on the weekend. The prime rib is always overdone. What a shame. I love crab legs tho. But just typical casino food. Service is always just ok. Nothing outstanding.
