If you want authentic Greek food that is prepared at a higher level than standard diner fare - this is the place. Great avgolemona soup - wonderful pastitsio and the local fish is fantastic. Nice outside eati g space as well.

Hercules was a real suprise. The garden was a peaceful escape from the crowded streets on a Saturday afternoon. The food was very good as was the service. The interior and garden were both immaculate. The wait staff was very attentive. I would highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner. Prices are very reasonable.

Visited Hercules for the first time based on reviews ... Walleye was excellent! Requested to be seated on the patio .... Charming, quaint ,,,, like a secret garden. Our party of 4 enjoyed a relaxing meal and would revisit this delightful restaurant again. The only thing we would have preferred was our bottle of wine to be chilled more but our waitress brought us a chiller full of ice and it made due. Loved our experience. Glad we made the reservation, and thankful for previous reviews.

We were in Saugatuck for the day and read the reviews and had to try this place for lunch. The meal was perfect. The quinoa tabouleh was just as good as the gazpacho. Perfect meal for a vegetarian. My husband had the crab cakes and the lemon soup which he really enjoyed. Beautiful garden and the interior of the restaurant was just as pretty. The staff was very friendly and really knew the menu. Would go back for sure.

As has been the case in the past we once again had an enjoyable meal at Hercules. Food was great and atmosphere classy. Ask for Richard as your server if you go, great advice on selections from the menu. A bit pricy but worth it.
