Visited Friday 13th September in a party of three for lunch.
My wife ordered the sweet and sour pork and rice from the Senior Citizens menu and I ordered the same, but from the Specials board for a larger portion .which was more expensive.
When the meals arrived, I was to say the least very surprised to find that there was no difference in the size of the portions.
After the meal which was ok, I asked the waitress if she would explain what the difference was between the Senior Citizens menu and the Specials menu, she said that the Specials menu was a larger portion.
When I disputed this saying that both dishes were exactly the same she said she would have a word with the chef.
Needless to say no explanation was forthcoming, hence this review
If visiting this restaurant I would be very wary of ordering from the Specials board as you can receive the same size portion from the Senior Citizens menu cheaper and avoid being over charged.
I realise that they have to make a profit but this is not the way to do it !!
