Me bad, me have bias. Ok I am a Saline “local” and in restaurant reviews prefer something different than the high end and franchise either middle of the road or fast. The Saline Downtown Diner is around the corner from the “center traffic signal” and almost hidden on the edge of the parking lot. Weekend fare (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) is a full range of barbeque – prepared on site. Is this place traditional or what? I am always good for the pulled pork sandwich with cole slaw on top, baked beans an flavored lemonade. Of yes, they have the full range of platter, ribs and so on.
