Good food, staff friendly. Building looks like it was converted from private home. Not handicapped accessible. Deck for outside eating during warm weather. Close to several motels and island ferry boats

We go to Saint Ignace often and we decided to try this place instead of our usual place. The view was nice, but the food was not good. My husband and I opted for the breakfast buffet and our daughter ordered the french toast. The french toast was cold and limp and the food on the buffet was terrible. Their famous baked omelet was layered scrambled eggs with cheese on top, the fruit was not fresh, and the sausages had an off taste to them. We voiced our complaints, but the words fell on deaf ears. Never going back.

I ate here for breakfast & dinner. Breakfast was by far the better choice. Dinner was steak - and it was unfortunately quite tough. Salad bar is pretty tiny. Prices are pretty high. Breakfast was good though.

Our breakfast was just fine. One of us had corned beef and eggs. Eggs were done perfectly and the serving was ample. The other had one of the house specialities:Three huge pieces of French toast made with homemade cinnamon bread rolled in crunchy cereal and sprinkled with nuts. This meal could be habit forming. We'd go there often if we didn't have to drive 350 miles. Atmosphere is homey and a little dated, but the view is great from his vintage building.

Really homey feel to this restaurant at first look around, but the food was horrible! Mashed potatoes were lumpy & cold, gravy was cole, salad bar was o.k., pork tenderloin was edible. Our waitress was friendly and apologetic for the poor quality of food. She gave a $2 credit which was appreciated but didn't really make up for it. Wouldn't recommend anyone eat here:(
