“Not much , or anything really to see.”
Reviewed June 20, 2012

very disappointing . Never going back again. Nothing to really see, you have to walk down a longggggg way to get to the "view " they are talking about. Save your time.

“No Museum”
Reviewed September 18, 2010

The museum burned down a several years ago. It was a nice quiet walk with a pretty view of the Mackinaw Bridge at the end. A small memorial detailing Father Marquette's life.

“Worth the stop pretty views interesting facts”
Reviewed May 27, 2008

This place we just kinda stopped to out of the blue we saw they had some pretty views of the bridge and they did have some interesting facts of Father Marquette and about the bridge and area. I would have to admit it that stopping here was worth it.

“Quiet respite in the Mackinac area.....history...”
Reviewed September 3, 2007

The Father Marquette National Memorial is a tribute to the French missionary who served the Great Lakes area (and beyond) during the mid-1660's. He helped guide the French and Indian alliances during this time. Free. Very quiet here. Interpretive trail; good views of Mackinac Bridge. Used to be a decent little museum here, and I thought they had rebuilt it. No so, and that is unfortunate. Thus the "average" rating.
