Had the ribs that were very good, although would have preferred something other than baked potato and zucchini medley. But good value and good food!

Poor (slow) service, did not listen to our requests (had to ask for water three times). Only four of us, yet food came out at all different times. One of our party had to wait until the rest of us were half-finished with our meals. Signature martini was lukewarm - should have been chilled. Pizza was a gloppy-cheese mess. Could have been a good experience, but the execution was poor. Need to expand the menu a bit for people who don't eat beef AND are allergic to shellfish and peanuts.

Our ladies dinner group met here on a Tuesday night, around 6 PM. There were 6 of us. One server. One bartender. The place was not busy at all; a few at the bar and about 6 tables of other diners. The decor hasn't changed much, and I still love the double fireplaces. However, the place seems devoid of personality...it didn't feel cozy like it did before.

Food-most of us ordered the Chicken Parmesan. Most thought it was average to good. One friend had steak and she said it was OK. None of us were real impressed with the food quality or presentation. Even the hot chocolate I ordered was bland. Others had a variety of alcohol drinks and I didn't hear any complaints.

Service-the one server was friendly, but not real attentive or enthusiastic. I wasn't overly impressed with the service, either. So, a very uninspiring experience at this restaurant and I doubt I would visit again. I'd stick with the main dining room at the hotel.
