Description: Established in 2005.O'Connor's was designed and built by the Prairie Pub Company, one of only five Guinness approved authentic Irish pub builders in the world. The finished pub was shipped to the States and reassembled in the historical downtown district of Rochester Michigan.Stop by and enjoy some of the of history in this Irish pub. Some particular items to take special notice of are the floor located in the main bar area dating back more than 140 years, also the the stone wall separating the dinning area from the bar was once an exterior wall, now recovered offering a soft rustic feel. You will also notice stain glass and wrought iron in the pub which was harvested from crumbling churches through out Ireland.

“It's OK”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 27, 2013

I've been to Dublin. This looks like a pub in Dublin and the bands give it an even more authentic feel. This pub is cleaner than a Dublin pub, which is a good thing. The food is good. Still, something makes this place chilly and I think it's either the management or Rochester clientele. It's pretty expensive, too. So, I don't go often.

“Wonderful Irish Food - feels almost like we are in Dublin”

Excellent food, great craft beers on tap and friendly service. We try to make it there often. My favorite restaurant in downtown Rochester, which is saying alot given the number and variety.

“Modern & Friendly”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 9, 2012

We stopped in for the first time, Friday Night, while visiting downtown Rochester's Christmas lights, The story told is, they build the bar in Ireland disassembled and brought to Rochester. The inside is beautiful more modern than Ireland pubs but a great feel. The crowd was 30's and up. Drink prices normal. Very Friendly. We had shepherds pie, very good, It was crowded and busy but the waitress was attentive. Would go back again.
