We arrived early evening without a reservation, the lady at reception confirmed availability but when we ask her for a better rate as we frequently stayed in other Quality Inns around the country she was not prepared to offer it, we even felt that she would not even mind if we have decided to leave.
We decided to stay as we were going back to Canada the next morning. She gave us room 205, a huge room with 2 separate beds and a big bathroom. Space was good and beds and mattress also great so we had a good night sleep. All the amenities were also in place for our comfort. Big TV Screen and WiFi worked fine. Parking and breakfast were complimentary. The breakfast buffet had a variety of things to choose from, we had a good breakfast, coffee at breakfast was better compared with that provided in the room to be prepared by ourselves. The Hotel had space around the breakfast room and reception area specifications of the past. We also noticed an inside swimming pool. At check out, we waited minutes for the gentleman to finish his chat with another colleague in order to issue a receipt for us without any comment or apology on his part. The first time we face this kind of behavior in an American Hotel.
Concluding we can say, good room and breakfast but unfriendly and demotivated staff.More
