“Good Grille Food”

We are in Port Huron for about a week and The Vintage Tavern was recommended as a place to get great "Grille Food". We agree that the selections on the dinner menu were great.i had the fried asparagus was delicious, and the sweet potato chips were outstanding. For the main course,my wife enjoyed the classic burger.I got the Ribeye and it was cooked perfect.
We had excellent service and plan to go back again.

“Good food and service”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 22, 2013 via mobile

The menue has lots of selections. I ordered the veggie stir fry with beef added. This is a huge portion and very tasty. There was so much I struggled to eat 2/3 of the serving! There is a nice selection of wines. The service was very good and the staff was very friendly.

“Hidden gem”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 1, 2013 via mobile

We went to the vintage with another couple on a busy Saturday night. We live across the border in Canada and had heard lots of good things about this place. It is off the main drag so not highly visible as you enter around the back of the main road.

We ordered their flights of red wine which were presented uniquely. There was a good selection of wines. The food was excellent. Not a huge menu which is nice as it isn't overwhelming.

I had the scallops which were done perfectly. The Brie appetizer was also very tasty done in a crispy coating. My friend had the signature dill pickle soup which she enjoyed and was something unique.

We sat up on the upper patio. Even though it was winter, the heaters and fireplace kept us toasty warm. Great atmosphere.!!

Service was good.

Will definitely return.

Tad overpriced, service and food are very good but value falls a bit short. Menu could offer more choices.
