On a business colleague's recommendation we tried Fiamma"s Grille last evening and were very happy with the outcome. Service was excellent -- thank you Josh -- and the food was simply delicious. My husband enjoyed the mussels appetizer while I feasted on the Tomato Caprese Salad with fried eggplant slices, a different twist on the standard tomato/buffalo mozzarella fare. For our entrees my husband selected the 22oz./28-day aged ribeye steak and I chose the Norwegian Salmon encrusted with dried mushrooms. Both of us now belong to the clean-plate club! Nice atmosphere with one proviso: the 3-piece combo plays too loudly so you definitely don't want to sit too close to them. Parking is a bit problematic on the street but there is lots of parking behind the building.
