I stayed here with my family. We had a fifth wheel on one lot and a large camper on the lot next to us. There were 9 of us total in the two campers. The lots we stayed on were full hook up and were a nice size for our campers. We were allowed an extra car as I drove up separately and that was great. While I did not need to use the bathrooms and showers at the park - I have seen far worse than what I saw there. Flip flops in the shower are a must whenever I shower at a campground and this would have been no different for me had I used their facilities.
Being right on the water was awesome and Petoskey stone hunting was done several times during our trip. The walkway/trail that runs through the park was great too. Did some walking on that and discovered a fun spot with stone steps down to the water. We were busy with a soccer tournament but enjoyed our downtime at the campground. You can hear the hospital’s HVAC system but honestly, you don’t notice it after awhile. And unless I was walking the walkway and passing the water treatment facility next to the park - you didn’t smell it. And even then it wasn’t overpowering. I would stay here again and believe my extended family would too. More
