Glad to have called ahead to ask for a reservation. They do not take them but give priority to you when you arrive even though there were people standing there obviously for a long time.
Walked in and had an average table, but hoped for great service. Our waiter seemed a little distracted by all the people and others around us. I mentioned that it was very loud and it seemed hard for him to focus.
Ordered cocktails but had to wait because they were cleaning the glasses. Wow, what a novel approach to service. Saw several other tables served their drink before we finally got ours. Perhaps he forgot to place the order and the cleanliness was just an excuse.
Meal was average and we were there celebrating my wifes birthday so they brought her a "free" dessert. An apple turnover with ice cream. Much like the rest of the meal there was true disappointment as the turnover was cold and when we mentioned it the waiter said "they should know better to serve it warm". He did not offer to replace it with a properly prepared turnover however.
All in all the service was not very good. Some items cold when they should have been warm and vice versa.
This will probably be our last visit to this place, as our experience was not any better this time than last. Seems to be run by a group of teenagers.
