Description: Enjoy relaxed ambiance, fine craft beer and the best burgers in northern Michigan in one of the state's oldest brewery buildings. The Old Brewery crafted its first beer in 1898 and Petoskey Brewing carries on its legacy today brewing with pure artesian spring water.

Good beers, good food, interesting ambience (meaning nice, not weird). This brew pub is housed in an old brick build on 119, just north of the state police post, on the east side of 119. go there. Monk is my husband's fave beer. I like the IPAs. Changing beer list, depending on what's fermenting.

Cool microbrewery, decent food, great beer. Monk is my favorite. We were there for lunch. Will stop in on occasion for a takeout 4 pack of my favorite beer....

Great beer in the reopened brewery from pre-prohibition era. Food is awesome too. Try the Chicago hot dog or Reuben.
Worth a visit.

This brewery is not near downtown petoskey, but on the way to harbor springs. The beer was grear. The sandwiches were tasty. The bartenders were helpful. We will definitely be back!

We love to visit brew pubs when we travel and found Petoseky Brewing. The beer was very good and the salads we had hit the spot. I also loved the building and the history behind it. However, trying to get a table was a major hassle. They were slammed and its "first come, first served." No list, no hostess, no nothing. So you basically stand around like a vulture and wait for some to look like their finished...then pounce! We saw several parties poach tables before other parties that were waiting much longer. For that reason, if they are slammed, I'll go somewhere else. It's just uncomfortable for everyone.
