Actually, it's the only restaurant within 10 mines of Magnuson Hotel on a Tuesday night....but despite that, we love pizza and felt this was very on par with Chicago pizza we're use to. Carryout and cash are the key...not to mention very limited hours they're open but check with your hotel and give this one a try for the BEST pizza in Paradise....even if it's the only place to eat!

This carry out pizza place offers delicious freshly baked pizza in the middle of nowhere. We were in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan viewing the beautiful waterfalls and spent a night in the very small town of Paradise. Located in a tiny wooden building next to the local recreational vehicle rental shop, the pizza factory offers great tasting pizza.

Paradise is not a big place, having two bar/restaurants and this pizza place. We've been there several times. The menu is very limited, pizza or breadsticks (pizza crust with cheese only). The prices are somewhat higher than we would find in a city, but not unreasonable. The pizza is very hot and pretty tasty. The man and woman who work there are friendly and provided us with plates and napkins. It's a small building, but seems pretty efficient. Our pizza was ready when they said it would be and was exactly as we ordered. We will certainly visit again when we are in the area. Also, keep in mind that they do not take credit cards.

Since this was pretty much the only place left open to eat in town we walked in (9/20/12) and ordered a large meat pizza which ran us about $18. It's directly across the street from the Magnuson Hotel where we were staying. A gentleman dropped it off about 45 minutes later along with plates, forks and napkins which was awesome considering we didn't have that in our hotel room. Very nice people and the pizza was good too!

One evening at the cabin we were feeling too tired and mellow to go out or cook. We just wanted to sit at the picnic table and have pizza. This pizza place filled the bill. Run by a hard-working woman out of a little building, where she takes orders on the phone and has your pizza hot and ready when you get there. (There is also delivery.) The crust on this pizza was perfect, thick enough to be called a crust and not a cracker, but not thick enough to be called bread. It also tasted good enough to eat it all. The cheese, sauce and veggies were generous and tasty. Keep it up!
