We love this place, nice for larger goups, and a twist on sports bar and family restaurant, which brings everyone together. Clean and great service.

“Awesome, best deal of a meal ever!”
Reviewed October 22, 2011

Super large portions combined with an excellent flavor made for a wonderful dining experience. The service was prompt and polite, and the prices were low. Dinner for two and two mixed drinks each and a tip for under 30$ and the portions are big enough to make 2 meals. This is restaurant is THE place to eat for anyone in the Owosso area. Mulligan's will not disapoint.

We did not stay in the Hotel, but the restaurant is not very good. The portions are small, the Garlic shrimp was simply 6 small shrimp ( not even jumbo) fried and sprinkled with garlic, served on white rice. Along with canned beans. For $12. Definitely NOT worth it. The rest of the food was equally tasteless and unappetizing. The decor was horrible. The room is dark, painted dark green with no pictures on the walls, just old nails and screws.Everytime the furnace kicked on it sounded like the vent was going to explode off the ceiling. We will never go back.
