This is a thin crust pizza - very thin in fact. The toppings are set up to allow great variety like a Subway where you pick. It takes only a few minutes to get your pizza given the temperature used to cook the pizzas. If there is one thing I would find fault with, it's the lack of seating. Fortunately, the turnover is relatively fast. Ingredients are fresh and since they are busy EVERY day, nothing seems to sit around to get old. I see a lot of families visiting Blaze, in addition to everyone else who chooses this style of pizza. As for the taste, it's really quite good based on the half dozen visits. I always go with family and they find it consistently good too. Price IMHO is reasonable.
