We stumbled across this little gem by accident. We didn't like the menus at the other places down the road, saw the sign for Le Velo Noir and went to check it out. We got the last table which was a good indication of what was to come. We had fabulous fresh oysters, tartare of fish and some local specialties (potate cake with salted caramel sauce for dessert - local potatoes and salt). Service was excellent. Thoroughly recommend this place but book to make sure you get in - we were lucky, as many of the guests were locals.
